To make it as easy for you as possible, we have our own engineers and designers in China, and they are able to redraw your sketches or production drawings to detailed casting drawings in 2D and 3D.

Parts made of steel plates that are cut, machined and then welded together can successfully be redesigned as castings. Castings minimize material waste & machining time and eliminate the welding process.
Cast parts are stronger than welded parts, and by using casting you can optimize wall thickness to get optimal transmission of forces and reduced size and weight.
You can send us drawings, or we can visit your company and help you find the parts in your workshop that you can outsource with success.
We can supply castings from 0.1 kg up to 140 tons, and series from 1 piece to 1 million pieces!

We can supply all type of metals, steel, iron, stainless, aluminum, brass, and bronze.
The typical qualities are S355J2G3, GS20Mn5, 34CrNiMo6, AISI 304-316, AISI630 – S165M - GG20-GGG40, RG5-10, and NiAlBz.
All material can be delivered with certificates 3.1B and 3.1C (3.1 & 3.2) DNV, ABS, GL, Lloyds and others.
Full MRB are also offered if needed, with COC, NDT, paint and dimensional reports. | |
