Outsourcing

With us as your outsourcing partner, you can benefit from our international network of suppliers. Since 1995 we have been developing cooperative relationships with some of the best suppliers in the countries of the Far East and Eastern Europe in order to provide our customers with a risk free opportunity to buy high-quality components at cheap prices. Our suppliers are all in a position to deliver high quality components and well-documented material certificates from international classification institutions. With a focus on the production occurring in your company, we have professional engineers and designers in both the EU and China who are able to redesign your sketches or production drawings for detailed casting 2D and 3D drawings. By reducing the hours you would need to produce your drawings, we will help you not only to save money but also make it easier and quicker to outsource large or small parts of your production. Outsourcing provides you advantages in that it frees up capacity in your internal workplace, so you can increase your overall production without new investments in machinery and buildings. It gives you the advantage that you can now adjust production capacity in accord with whatever the current demands of the market are. You can send us drawings, or we can visit your company and help you find the parts in your workshop that you can outsource successfully.

It typically occurs that with labour costs, that there is money to be saved by outsourcing; therefore components which take many hours to produce in your production are ideal for outsourcing. Parts made of steel plates that are cut, machined and then welded together can often be successfully re-designed as a casting or forging. With casting, this minimises both the waste of raw materials and machining time, as large parts of the machining process and the time-consuming welding are removed. We can supply castings from 0.1 kg up to 140 tons, and quantities ranging from 1 unit to 1 million pieces! We can supply all types of metals: steel, iron, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze. The most typically used types are S355J2G3, GS20Mn5, 34CrNiMo6, AISI 304-316, AISI630 – S165M – GG20-GGG40, RG5-10 and NiAlBz. All materials can be supplied with a Material Inspection Certificate 3.1 for materials certification or 3.2 certificates from institutions such as DNV, ABS, GL, Lloyds and others. Full MRB is also provided, if required, with COC, NDT, painting and size dimension reports.
